We are looking for a talented and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Analyst to support our business. You will be responsible for execution of Fusion Coolant’s marketing and communications strategy and will provide key support to the sales team. As a new and exciting solution in an industry that’s been largely untouched by innovation, Fusion is uniquely positioned to grow into the market leader. You will play a critical role in gaining exposure for the company and supporting the customer acquisition process. This is a perfect role for someone who is comfortable with a dynamic work environment and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving atmosphere. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of marketing and communications strategy to drive sales growth and expand strategic partnerships, including messaging (both overall brand and channel/audience-specific), campaign strategy, and budget management.
  • Develop, execute and maintain a social media strategy across platforms.
  • Create, manage and update marketing materials including presentations, sales collateral, video, photography and other creative assets; maintain website with fresh and attractive content.
  • Initiate and manage lead generating campaigns; measure and analyze results; report on marketing KPIs such as in-bound leads, website traffic and social media engagement.
  • Work with the sales organization to stay current on market and customer requirements.
  • Develop and nurture sales funnel through the implementation of a CRM system and ongoing maintenance of a database of prospective client information.
  • Execute a Public Relations strategy to generate credibility and company buzz with the right audiences.
  • Help guide the selection of key agency partners to support implementation of marketing plans and content creation.
  • Build and execute on the company’s event and tradeshow strategy; support company exhibits and generate speaking opportunities.
  • Research and qualify potential leads from business directories, web searches, conferences, tradeshows or digital resources.

 

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years’ work experience in a combination of digital marketing, market research, social media and/or sales support.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in digital marketing tactics and best practices
  • Demonstrated results building a strong sales funnel using a data-driven approach
  • Marketing automation tools savvy (Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Knowledge in Adobe Suites including Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Technical product marketing and sales experience helpful; knowledge of CNC machining a plus
  • Strong project management practices to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Confident and can-do attitude
  • Creative thinker
