Rob Sarkisian, formerly the Chief Revenue Officer, has been promoted to CEO to lead the company as it continues its mission to revolutionize the CNC machining industry with its groundbreaking Pure-Cut® technology. Rob brings extensive experience in aerospace and defense, as well as a proven track record in directing production operations, business development, and fostering strategic relationships. Under his leadership, Fusion’s Pure-Cut® technology, which utilizes supercritical CO2 as a coolant and lubricant, has earned industry accolades including the prestigious EPA Green Chemistry Challenge Award and the Solar Impulse Efficient Solutions label.

Russell Farrow, with over 32 years of experience in CO2 systems engineering, has joined as Director of CO2 Systems Engineering. Russell’s background in offshore and onshore CO2 production, polymer engineering, and industrial engineering will play a crucial role in advancing Fusion’s CO2-based cooling and lubrication technology.
